HICKORY CHEESE LOAF RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 (1 lb.) loaf French bread 1/2 C. soft butter or margarine 1 C. (4 oz.) shredded natural sharp Cheddar cheese 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley 1/2 tsp. hickory smoked salt 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS:

Cut bread diagonally into 1-inch slices.
Mix remaining ingredients; spread on slices.
Reassemble loaf; wrap securely in 28x18 inch piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Place on grill 4 inches from medium coals.
Heat loaf 15-20 minutes, turning once.
6-8 servings.
