HALLOWEEN ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 lg. pumpkin
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS:
After carving your family's scary masterpiece don't discard the seeds! Instead, clean them of strands and mix with oil and salt.
Plop onto a cookie sheet and bake in a 250 degree oven for about an hour.
Stir occasionally.
