GROUND BEEF LOGS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
6 slices bacon
3/4 tsp. salt
pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 Tbls. minced onion
1/2 C. dry bread crumbs
1/2 C. grated carrot
1/2 C. grated cheese
3 Tbls. butter
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Combine meat, salt, pepper, celery salt and onion. Pat out to form a 10" x 15" rectangle. Cut into 6 (5") squares. Combine bread crumbs, carrots, cheese, butter and Worcestershire. Divide this mix evenly and spread on each square and roll up as a jelly roll. Wrap a piece of bacon around each roll and fasten with a toothpick. Place in roasting pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
