GRAPE NUTS BREAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pound loaf:
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 Tbsp. dough enhancer optional
1/2 C. grape-nuts cereal
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 C. whole-wheat flour
1 1/2 C. bread flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
9 ounces warm milk
1 pound loaf:
1 tsp. active dry yeast
2 tsp. dough enhancer - optional
1/4 C. grape-nuts cereal
1 Tbsp. dry milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 C. whole-wheat flour
1 C. bread flour
1 Tbsp. butter
3/4 C. warm water
DIRECTIONS:
For Panasonic/National machines, use 2 tsp. of yeast for the 1 1/2 pound loaf. Follow manufacturer’s directions on loading your machine.
