GOLDEN POTATO WEDGES RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

4 med. size, unpeeled, scrubbed, all-purpose potatoes* 1 tsp. vegetable oil 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

*Cut each potato into 10-12 wedges, or 4 medium size baking potatoes, cut in 4 long wedges each.
Place potatoes in shallow 1 1/2 quart microwave safe baking or serving dish.
Sprinkle with oil and remaining ingredients except cheese.
Stir to coat potatoes.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 8-10 minutes, stirring to redistribute potatoes twice.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and microwave on high 1-2 minutes longer.
Let stand covered 5 minutes.
Potatoes will be tender and cheese melted.
Makes 4 servings.
