GLUTEN FREE MOCK RYE BREAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 C. brown rice flour
1/2 C. rice bran
1/2 C. tapioca flour
1/2 C. potato starch flour
1 Tbsp. xanthan (or guar) gum
1 Tbsp. caraway seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. dry milk (non-instant)
1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. grated orange peel
2 tsp. yeast
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. fruit sweet
2 Tbsp. molasses
1 1/2 C. water
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
