GINGERED PEAR BREAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pound loaf
1 C. plus 1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
3 C. bread flour
1/3 C. cut up dried pears
1 Tbsp. finely chopped crystallized ginger
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. dry milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. yeast
1 pound loaf
2/3 C. water
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened

1/4 C. cut up dried pears
2 tsp. finely chopped crystallized ginger
1 Tbsp. sugar

DIRECTIONS:
Sweet or Basic loaf setting, medium or light crust color.
