  INGREDIENTS:

1 goose 1 rabbit 2 or 3 squirrels 1 pheasant 1 1/2 to 2 lb. deer steak 1 grouse Salt and pepper to taste 2 onions Parsley Flour to cover steak 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS:

Roast goose about 1 1/2 hour.
Boil rabbit, squirrel, pheasant, grouse with onion and parsley.
Cut deer steak in small squares, flour steak and saute in skillet until brown.
When birds are done and cool, cut meat off bones.
Save some of broth from squirrel and rabbit.
In skillet from browning steak, add broth to skillet.
Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Add more water to make a gravy.
In casserole, put combined meats and add some of gravy to keep from drying.
Cover with your favorite pie crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Rest of gravy to be used for over your mashed potatoes.
