FRUIT SWIRL BREAKFAST CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. margarine
1/2 C. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
4 eggs
3 C. flour
1 can pie filling - cherry, berry, apple
GLAZE:
1 cup confectioners sugar
1-2 tablespoons milk.
DIRECTIONS:
Blend sugar, butter, shortening, baking powder, flavorings and eggs at low speed with electric mixer. Then 3 minutes on high, stir in flour. Spread 2/3 of batter in well greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Spread filling over batter; drop remaining batter by tablespoons over filling. Bake at 350 degrees. Glaze while warm. GLAZE: Mix ingredients.
