FRUIT N CHEESE BREAKFAST BARS RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 1/4 C. rolled oats 1 C. flour 1 C. sugar 1/4 C. brown sugar 1 C. coconut (optional) 1 C. chopped nuts 3/4 C. softened butter FRUIT FILLING: 1 C. raspberry, apricot or your favorite flavor jam 1 C. sugar 1 egg 8 oz. cream cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Spread with jam.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the fruit filling in the pan.
Sprinkle with reserved crumbly mixture.
Bake until top is golden brown (20 to 25 minutes).
Cool thoroughly and cut into bars.
