FLUFFY RICE AND CHICKEN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10-1/2-oz.)
1 soup can milk
3/4 C. uncooked regular rice
1 can mushroom stems and pieces (4-oz.)
1 envelope onion soup mix(about 1-1/2 oz.)
2 chicken breasts, halved
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 350. Mix mushroom soup and milk; reserve 1/2 C. of the mixture. Mix remaining soup mixture, rice, mushrooms (with liquid) and half the onion soup mix. Pour into an un-greased baking dish, 11-1/2x7-1/2x1-1/2-inch. Place chicken breasts on top. Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken breasts; sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix. Cover with aluminum foil, bake for 1 hour. Uncover; bake for 15 minutes more.
