DILL DRESSING RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 Tbsp. dijon style mustard
3 Tbsp. white wine
1/3 C. olive oil
1/3 C. chopped dill
1/4 C. chopped chives
chopped tarragon leaves (from 3 to 4 sprigs)
salt
freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Mix the mustard with the vinegar in a bowl. Whisk in the olive oil, then stir in the dill, chives, and tarragon. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add a little more vinegar or oil if you like.
