CURTIS MILD BASTING SAUCE RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 C. catsup 4 Tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 C. white sugar Juice of 1 lemon or lime 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1 clove garlic, minced

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients in order given, and let stand to mellow for at least 4 hours.
Stir well before using, makes enough basting sauce for 4 pounds ribs or the equivalent of beef or chicken.
