CRUNCHY MUNCHY BREAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pound loaf
1 1/8 C. milk
2 C. whole wheat flour
1 C. bread flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 C. chunky peanut butter
2 Tbsp. honey
1 C. Granny Smith apple; cored, C. unpeeled
1/4 C. unsalted peanuts; chopped
2 tsp. active dry yeast for all machines except national machines
1 pound loaf
7/8 C. milk
1 C. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 C. bread flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 C. Granny Smith apple, cored, unpeeled
2 Tbsp. unsalted peanuts; chopped
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast for all machines
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light crust setting, and press Start. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
