CREAMED CELERY RECIPE

INGREDIENTS: 1 qt. celery, finely cut 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 C. sugar 2 Tbsp. vinegar 1 Tbsp. flour milk 2 Tbsp. salad dressing or mayonnaise DIRECTIONS: Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan. Cook until tender, adding a little water if necessary. (Be careful to add no more water than needed to keep from burning. ) Make a white sauce with the flour and milk. Add to the celery.
