CRAB CANAPES RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, rinsed and drained well
1/2 C. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 C. shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
20 Melba rounds
DIRECTIONS:
In small bowl mix all ingredients except Melba rounds. Spread evenly on Melba rounds. Place on plate. Microwave at 7 or MEDIUM setting for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until cheese melts. You my substitute shrimp, rinsed and drained well, for crabmeat. Makes 20 canapes.
