COUNTRY PORK ROAST RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 C. water 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 C. ketchup 1 C. open pit sauce (regular flavor) 4 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 medium onion 1 large pork roast

DIRECTIONS:

Cook roast 6 to 8 hours until meat falls apart.
Mix roast (without bone) with all the other ingredients.
Bring to a boil, then simmer at least 2 hours.
Great on hamburger buns with a slice of cheese.
