  INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 pounds lean beef cut in 1 inch cubes 2 Tbls. flour 2 Tbls. butter 2 Tbls. corn oil 2 celery ribs cut in chunks 1 C. beef stock 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 1/2 tsp. dried thyme 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram 1 tsp. prepared mustard 2 Tbls. fresh lemon juice 3 Tbls. chopped parsley

DIRECTIONS:

Brown meat in butter and oil.
Combine meat and remaining ingredients, except lemon juice and parsley, and place in a crock pot.
Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Stir in lemon juice and parsley and serve with toast, noodles or potatoes.
