COTTAGE CHEESE BREAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
1/4 C. whole-wheat flour
2 3/4 C. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. sour cream
1/2 C. cottage cheese
1 each egg
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. honey
2 ounces warm water
1 pound. loaf:
1 tsp. active dry yeast
1/4 C. whole-wheat flour
1 3/4 C. bread flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. sour cream
6 Tbsp. cottage cheese
1 each egg
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
1 1/2 ounces milk warmed
DIRECTIONS:
For Panasonic/National machines use 2 tsp. of yeast for the 1 1/2 pound loaf
