CINNAMON RAISIN NUT BREAD RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 pound loaf 2 tsp. active dry yeast 3 1/2 Tbsp. sugar 2 C. bread flour 2 tsp. dry milk 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 2 1/2 Tbsp. honey 2 Tbsp. butter 1 egg 3 Tbsp. warm water 3 ounces warm milk 1/2 C. raisins 1/2 C. chopped nuts 1 pound loaf 1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 C. bread flour 1 1/2 tsp. dry milk 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter 1 egg 2 Tbsp. warm water 2 1/2 ounces warm milk 1/4 C. raisins 1/4 C. chopped nuts

DIRECTIONS:

Follow manufacturer’s directions.
For Panasonic/National Machines, use 3 1/2 tsp.
of yeast for the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
For DAK/Welbilt machines, use 5 Tbls.
of warm water for the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
For best results, add the raisins and chopped nuts after the first mixing.
If your machine has a mix cycle, use it and add the raisins and nuts at the "Mix" beep.
