CHOCOLATE CHEESE CUPCAKES CUPS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 C. sifted flour
1 C. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 C. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. water
1/3 C. oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 ounce package of chocolate chips
Cream Cheese Mixture
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 C. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS:
Combine flour, 1 C. sugar, baking soda, cocoa, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla and beat well. In separate bowl, combine ingredients for cream cheese mixture, beating until smooth. Add the chocolate chips to this mixture. Fill paper muffin cups 1/3 full of batter. Top each with a heaping tsp. of the cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
