CHICKEN LOAF RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 C. raw rice
1 C. grated carrots
1 small onion, grated
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1-1/2 C. cooked chicken or turkey
3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 quart milk
1 tsp. salt
1 dash of pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake at 325 for 1-1/2 hours.
