CHEESE STUFFED MEAT BALLS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 can tomato soup or pizza sauce
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2/3 C. Italian flavored fine dry bread crumbs
2/3 C. chopped onion
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
DIRECTIONS:
Mix half of soup and rest of ingredients except cheese. Shape into meatballs with a cube of cheese in the middle of each one. These can either be fried or microwaved until done and then served with rest of sauce
