CARAWAY RYE BREAD RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 C. flour; 1 1/2 C. flour; all purpose 3/4 C. rye flour 1 1/8 tsp. salt 1 1/2 Tbsp. caraway seeds 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter 1 1/2 C. warm water 1 7/8 tsp. yeast

DIRECTIONS:

Add in the order required for your Bread Maker , select light crust setting, and press Start.
After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool for 1 hour before slicing.
