CANTONESE DINNER RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pounds pork steak, 1/2 inch thick cut into strips
2 Tbls. oil
1 large onion sliced
1 small green pepper cut into strips
1 can mushroom-4 oz. drained
1 can tomato sauce 8 oz.
3 Tbls. brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbls. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Brown pork in oil in skillet. Drain on double paper towel. Place pork strips and all remaining ingredients into crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (high 4 hours). Serve over hot fluffy rice.
