BREAKFAST SHAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 C. strawberries
1 med. banana, sliced
1 C. milk
1/2 C. plain or flavored yogurt
1 to 2 Tbsp. honey
Nutmeg
DIRECTIONS:
Reserve 3 strawberries. In blender container, combine remaining strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt and honey. Cover, blend until thick and smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; sprinkle with nutmeg. Garnish each with whole strawberry. Makes 3 (3/4 cup) servings.
