BREAKFAST RICOTTA SPREAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 C. part skim Ricotta
2 Tbsp. plain non-fat yogurt
DIRECTIONS:
Combine ingredients in small bowl and whisk together. Refrigerate in a tightly covered container. Use on fresh or toasted bagels, plain or with a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar. 8 servings/2 tablespoons per serving.
