BREAKFAST AMBROSIA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 C. Sealtest lowfat cottage cheese
12 orange peeled, sliced
1 C. fresh pineapple chunks
1 med. banana, sliced
2 Tbsp. Baker's angel flake coconut, Optional
3 Wasa Crispbread
DIRECTIONS:
Mix cottage cheese and fruit. Stir in coconut before serving. Serve on Crispbread. Make 2 to 3 servings.
