BEER BATTER FOR FISH RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 3/4 C. flour
2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 can beer
Mixture of flour, onion salt and garlic salt
DIRECTIONS:
Mix batter ingredients together. Roll fish in flour mixture; dip in batter, deep fry. Covers 2 pounds of fish. Good for smelts.
