BEEF STEW GERMAN STYLE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pound Stew Meat
2 Tbls. Flour
1/2 tsp. Celery Salt
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp. Pepper
16 oz. Can Tomatoes
2 C. Carrots, thinly sliced
1/4 C. Sherry
1/4 C. Dark Molasses
1/4 C. Raisins
1 package Noodles- hot cooked
DIRECTIONS:
Brown beef in crock pot. Combine celery salt, four, garlic powder, ginger and pepper. Sprinkle over beef. Combine carrots, tomatoes, wine, and molasses and pour over ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Add raisins 30 minutes before serving. Serve on hot cooked noodles.
