BEEF CHOLENT RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pound Lean Beef Pot Roast
1 Onion, chopped
1 C. Lima Beans, soaked overnight in water to cover
2 Potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
4 Carrots cut into 1-inch chunks
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper, ground
2 Bay Leaves
DIRECTIONS:
Brown the pot roast in a nonstick pan with the onion. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a Dutch oven or crock pot. Add enough water to cover the ingredients. Cover tightly and simmer slowly in a 200-degree oven or crock pot overnight.
