BATTER FOR FISH RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 C. flour
1 Tbsp. baking soda
Lowry's season salt or salt and
pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. corn starch
Pinch of garlic powder
1/4 C. milk
3 eggs
Club soda (enough to make thick
batter)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix above ingredients. Dip filleted fish in batter, then deep fat fry the fillets.
