BARLEY BREAKFAST PUDDING RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 C. cooked barley
1/4 C. unfiltered apple juice
1/2 C. diced apples
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. raisins
1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together and bake in a non-stick pan (use Pam) for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 2.
