BARBECUE PHEASANT RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 can tomato soup
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp. chili powder
1 pheasant
1 1/2 C. catsup
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 C. water
Shortening
DIRECTIONS:
Combine soup, catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, onion, chili powder and water. Brown cut-up pheasant in shortening, drain grease, place pheasant in large bake dish, pour sauce over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Additional water may be added, if needed.
