APPLE ORANGE COOKIES RECIPE

INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 C. applesauce, mashed bananas or dried fruit jam 1 3/4 C. quick oats 1/4 C. flour 1/4 C. chopped dried fruit 1 tsp. dried orange peel 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 C. chopped nuts or seeds DIRECTIONS: Stir together dry ingredients then combine with remaining items, stirring only enough to moisten oats.
