APPLE COBBLER CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 C. cooking oil 2 C. sugar 3 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 3 C. flour; plain 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. soda 1 C. pecans; chopped 3 C. apples; peeled and chopped DIRECTIONS: Blend together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift together the flour, salt and soda and mix with sugar mixture. Fold in pecans and apples. Pour into a well greased and floured Bundt pan and bake 1 hour in preheated 350-degree oven. Leave in pan and let cool about 10 minutes before putting on topping.
